Rates

Thank you for considering contracting me for your particular project.

Projects are contracted either on a standard hourly rate or a pre-negotiated ongoing fixed term basis.
e.g. 1 day per week for an 8 week period.

My pro-forma rates and conditions;

• $US100 per hour, invoiced on a calendar month with payment no later than the 15th of each subsequent month
• Consulting hours billed on 30 minute minimum increments with a 4 hour min for any external meetings
• Maximum of 8 consulting hours per day, even though number of hours worked may be more
• Consulting charges excludes capital expense charges (flights, accomodation etc) but does include all phone, internet, delivery, document printing and incidentals.

Travel Premium:
Overnight stays outside of NYC incur a premium of 50% of each consulting day
 
Bulk Bill Discounts:
10% discount on any calendar month with more than 20 hours
20% discount on any calendar month with more than 40 hours.

USA representation;

This is billed at $US400 per month and involves the following services.

• Local NYC 212 phone number answered in companies name with personalised company specific voicemail when I’m unavailable
• Local NYC 11201 mailing address for corporate registration and mail delivery (includes either unopened forwarding or open and respond)
• US resident company director representation for corporate filings
